It all begins with an idea. We start with a free consultation to understand what you desire.
We walk you through the journey, the risks involved, any finances that are needed and the strategy to build your dream. Your vision is what is most important to us.

This is the part where we add more detail to all designs. We take any concept ideas and we grow those into functioning, beautiful and achievable designs that can be constructed.
This is the stage where we obtain approvals, technical information and prepare you for the next step of the project.

Go. Go. Go.
All steam ahead, your dream starts taking shape. We help you find the right builder, we are there to hold your hand in the process of construction. We make sure you are looked after and any risks are mitigated.

All the hard work and time has paid off. You have a home that you have dreamed about. It’s been a long process but it’s all worth it in the end.

How does it work?
Step 1
Get in contact with us and we will come see you for a FREE face to face discussion about your ideas and your property.
Step 2
After our initial meeting, we provide you with a fee quotation and explain to you in detail what value you are getting for any money involved. At this point we are happy going back and forth to make sure you get the service you require.
Upon a successful fee appointment, we will come measure your property in detail and in turn create a starting point with existing drawings.
Step 3
We take your existing canvas and start developing concepts ideas. We allow for unlimited changes until the design is right.
Once we get to a design that is right for you, we then prepare the information for Planning Application submission and the first approval process.
Step 4
Once we have finished the planning journey and we have the necessary approvals, we will walk you through the Technical stage of the project. This is where we evolve your planning scheme into a fully constructible building.
At this stage we lead the design and work with any consultants that are required. We help you get further detailed designs, including sourcing all quotations and explaining them to you.
We then use all of this information to get you Building Control approval. Which you must do by UK law.
Step 5
Once we have all technical information from all consultants and our Architectural designs, we send this information out for tender to various builders to obtain quotations for the build process.
We also work with you to keep the project in budget and look at cost variations if required.
Step 6
After all cost and service negotiations with builders, at this point we help you understand what you are getting into before any construction works start. This will be a review of the design, review of the contractual obligations with the builder and review of all the costings expected to be paid.
If all of the above is happy we begin construction.
Step 7
The construction process is now upon us. We are there holding your hand throughout this process. If you have questions, problems or just need to know what’s next during the build phase, we are there.
We work with the builders if they have construction questions and if any unforeseen elements change the design of the build. Every construction process will have some form of change along the way, it’s our job to make that process less painful.
Step 8
At the end of construction, we want to make sure all paperwork is audited, signed off and available for you. This will be required when you sell the property if you choose that path.
At this point, hopefully you have moved in and enjoying your new home. Even after you have finished, we are happy to hear from you with any questions or feedback from the process.
